When Robin heard about our connection with the WCA, her response was "I'm all over that. I'll bring in my massage chair!" (Free! Tips will go directly to the Alliance!!!) She'll also be showing her embellished lingerie~more info can be found here about this well know, local masseuse/artist, wonderful woman.

Government employee by day, outrageously talented jewelry artist on her off hours. Janet puts together beautiful combinations of semi precious stones, beads and who knows what else to create conversation pieces that you won't find anywhere else! Her excitement for this event is contagious and we are so glad she's going to be here!!!!












Sharon takes bits and pieces of vintage this and that and somehow comes up with these astounding brooches! We had her jewelry in the shop right before Christmas and were amazed at how fast they sold. Now you have another chance at these ~ exclusively at good goods! Wohoo!!

The Reality of "Market"

First off...book yourself into a gorgeous, 1920's four (or five??) star hotel. Trust me--they had a great room rate!!!

This guy was hanging out across the street.....



Had this bed fit into my suitcase, it would have come home w/ me. Loved that the glass in the double hung windows was old and wavy!

Now, the truth of it is.....you have to look at a lot of this:

Have your picture taken with an adorable manufacturer to make yourself feel REALLY worn out....yes, I did order her darling bags and accessories (see 'em in the background??!)

I'm off to Market this week in Seattle to find new products to show you this year. Yes, I will be (and have been!) ordering for the 2010 holidays!!! But that's a long time in the future so you don't have to think about that yet!!!

What does the beginning of the year --the new DECADE--bring to good goods??? New merchandise!!! We love getting boxes everyday from FedEx John and our Brown Santa at UPS. It's exciting all over again!!! Plus, what makes it better is: I'm really looking forward to what is coming in here!

I'm wanting a softer, prettier look this year. After 2009, I need soothing and pampering. Most of you probably know exactly how I feel!! So look for a neutral, soothing palette with a European farmhouse feeling. ahhhhhhhhhh

Since I haven't posted pictures recently I thought I'd put some up to give you some idea of what has come in and some of the "old stuff" I've been saving up. Of course, gifts and decorating for that sweetest holiday takes front stage!

I am feeling so sad tonight after the devestation in Haiti. For this to happen in such a poverty ridden country is beyond my comprehension. Why, why why? I just do not understand.
